General Credit Conditions for projects agreed until 14. 8. 2024
Effective from
2025-12-19
The terms and conditions apply to all projects whose contract documentation was concluded in whole or in part (in the case of a tranche deal) before 15 August 2024. All these projects are concluded under the reinsurance agent regime and it is not possible to change their legal regime.
