Frequently asked questions

You write that the level of membership depends on the value of the portfolio. What am I supposed to imagine underneath that?

The current value of the portfolio is the total sum of all investments outstanding so far. You can find it in the Portfolio section (Portfolio Value line).

How do I know if I have reached a higher membership level?

Once you reach a specific membership level, we will send you an email. A shift or decrease in the level occurs immediately after a change in the value of the portfolio.

Can my membership drop from a higher level to a lower one?

Yes, membership levels can be moved up and down. You can move to a higher level by investing a sufficient amount, to a lower level by selling an investment or successfully closing the project.

I qualify for Active membership or higher. Will I receive bonus interest on my investment even if I buy it on the Marketplace?

Yes, bonus interest also applies to projects offered on the Market. Valid for projects listed after 18.4.2024.

What happened to the original Premium membership?

Since we introduced the new Investown membership program, the original Premium program has been discontinued.

Does the bonus apply to old projects as well? What about participation?

The bonus yield is only applied to new projects, issued on the platform after 18.4.2024. In detail, the user can recognize this by the box entitled to bonus: Yes/No.

How are Premium projects different from others?

Only investors from Premium Level 1 can invest in these projects. We can mark projects as Premium if they meet certain parameters such as high yield or very low LTV.

What about Premium Projects, after which a bonus is to be paid?

We let these projects get underway. The bonus will continue to be paid to the investor who owns the investment at the end of the investment period (past due date of the investment).

I used to be a Premium investor, but after the introduction of the new Investown membership I am no longer one. Why?

Previously, the membership level was based on the number of investments, but we are now evaluating it based on the total value of the portfolio.

How does my membership level change when a project ends?

At the end of the project, the value of the portfolio decreases as the invested amount (principal) is credited back to your Investown wallet. In this case, you will move to a lower level of membership.

If there is a delay in the payment of project revenue and in the meantime my membership level changes, how high the bonus return will I receive?

The amount of the bonus return will be determined according to your membership level on the day the return was actually paid out (not on the day the payout should have occurred).

When I invest in a Premium Project as a Premium Investor, what happens if my membership level drops?

The investment will remain with you, but in the event of a decrease in the membership level, you will not be able to invest in the Premium project again (increase the investment).
