Greetings from Investown! 👋 We are a fast growing Czech crowdfunding platform focused on real estate investments. As our portfolio grows, we also strengthen the team that takes care of loan management, collections and workout. In order for everything to be done professionally, efficiently and regulatorily clean, we are looking for attorney/solicitor for long-term cooperation with a strong focus on debt collection, enforcement and insolvency proceedings.

What are you going to do with us 💼

• Provide complete legal support in the area of debt collection — from the first steps to the final closure of the case.
• Communicate with bailiffs, insolvency administrators, courts and other institutions.
• Prepare proposals for initiating proceedings, applications for claims, filings in enforcement and insolvency proceedings and other procedural documents.
• Represent Investown in litigation and actively manage procedural strategy.
• Provide legal support in the implementation of collateral and other forms of resolution of credit cases.
• Collaborate with the internal collections/workout team and help set up effective processes.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of internal documentation and methodologies.

What we ask of you 🕒

• Higher Education (PF) and Bar Examinations.
• At least 2 years of experience in advocacy with a focus on procedural law, debt collection, enforcement and insolvency proceedings.
• Practical experience in the preparation of procedural filings, communication with bailiffs and insolvency administrators and representation before the courts.
• Ability to independently manage the agenda, propose solutions and bring cases to the end.
• The desire to continue to develop in the field of financing, collections and workshops.
