Platform Growth and Changes for Investors

You have reached the milestone of 105,000 users. What is the benefit of this for the development of the platform and the investors themselves?

Our community has grown to over 105,000 investors, a great achievement that opens up new possibilities for us. Thanks to this growth, we can offer more projects as well as a higher quality of investment opportunities. More experienced developers undertaking larger projects are looking for reliable financial partners, and our growing community makes us increasingly attractive to them.

A larger number of investors brings many benefits to them as well. It makes it easier and faster to divest projects, giving them more flexibility in managing their portfolio. At the same time, a wider range of projects makes it possible to spread investments better and thus reduce overall risk. More activity on the platform also improves liquidity, meaning that divestments in the marketplace often take place within minutes. This increases the confidence and attractiveness of the platform for both new and existing investors.

A record-breaking summer behind us

In the summer, you achieved record results. How do you explain this success?

The summer pleasantly surprised us. We achieved record results even though we anticipated that most people would be on holiday and investment activity would slow. We believe this success stems from our intensive work to address problematic projects and communicate with investors. Over the past months, we have focused on improving processes that have strengthened investor confidence in our platform. Thus, many investors gained positive experiences and decided to continue investing, even if it was vacation time.

Another factor is Growing awareness of the importance of investing in the media and society in general. People are starting to realise that valuing their savings is key to their financial future. Our platform offers them a simple and flexible wayhow to achieve this. Even during the summer, we maintained the momentum of the platform by adding new projects almost daily, which allowed investors to actively manage their investments. The combination of all these factors led to the fact that we achieved results in the summer, which we are very pleased with and set a positive trend for the next period.

Autumn plans — new Autoinvest feature

What is the status of Autoinvest and when do you plan to launch it?

The Autoinvest feature is one of our biggest priorities and we are working intensively on it because we know it will make life easier for many of our investors. Our goal is to create a tool that allows you to automate investing according to your pre-set parameters — for example, the maximum LTV, the length of the project and the amount you want to invest. In this way, you will be able to invest regularly and efficiently without having to keep track of each new project on the platform. We fully understand that time is precious and Autoinvest will be a great helper for those who want to simplify and streamline their investment process.

While we have encountered several technical challenges during development, we are committed to completing this tool by the end of the year, ideally in November. The launch of Autoinvest will bring a whole new level of comfort to investors. It will allow them to set their own investment strategy, thereby increasing the chances of not missing out on interesting projects. We believe that thanks to this feature, the platform will become even more attractive and friendly for our users. Autoinvest is also the answer to the needs of a growing community, since with it the management of investments will be easier and more accessible.

Increasing the level of transparency

What are your plans to increase transparency on projects?

Transparency is a key value for us. We believe that informed investors are the best investors. We recently added a new “Activity” tab to each project that provides a complete overview of all important updatesthat are related to the project. In this section, we regularly inform about communication with developers, about the current state of the project and about any obstacles that may arise during its implementation. This move is just the beginning of our effort to provide investors with as much real-time information as possible.

We plan to develop this section further and offer a more detailed overview of each investment. We want, for example provide investors with an expanded portfolio overview, which will include all transactions, expected revenues, current installments as well as project developments. At the same time, we are working to improve search and filtering capabilities so that every investor can easily and quickly find the information they need. Your feedback is vital to us and we will continue to listen to your ideas on how to improve the platform even further to meet your expectations and needs.

Changes in the solution of problematic projects

How do you approach problematic projects and late payments?

We pay maximum attention to any project that gets into trouble because Our goal is to protect the interests of our investors and ensure a return on investment. We have a dedicated team that monitors the status of all projects on a daily basis and communicates with developers. The moment we find out that the project is in arrears, we begin to negotiate with the developer about the reasons and possible solutions. Our priority is to find a way to successfully complete the project, for example by securing a partner to help complete it.

If it is not possible to find a solution with the developer or if the project remains in arrears for a long time, we transfer it to an external law office for recovery. This step is never simple, but it is necessary to protect the interests of investors and ensuring the maximum possible return. We try to be proactive and transparent — we inform investors about every step of the way and share with them the current situation of the project. While a delinquency situation is never ideal, we believe that through our proactive approach and careful risk management, we can minimize losses and strengthen the confidence of our investors.
