Investors raised tens of millions in a few hours for an apartment resort from shipping containers
Traditional banks considered the project too risky, but investors on the Investown platform raised CZK 32 million in less than four hours. Thanks to these discarded shipping containers, an apartment resort Andelská Hora with a wellness center and family houses is created in the middle of Jeseníky Mountains.
Original and sustainable projects prove that it is possible to raise capital thanks to group investment even without the help of banking institutions, moreover, in a very short time.
