Previously, Investown Premium could be obtained by investors who had an investment in a sufficient number of projects. The benefits are based on the total value of the portfolio, regardless of how many projects the investment is spread over.

Investown Membership We divided the total into 6 levels. Every investor with a portfolio of CZK 10,000 or more automatically receives a membership level Active. This level offers a bonus appreciation of 0.2% per annum. But if the volume of your investments increases, you will advance to the next membership levels and receive additional benefits. Premium 1 You automatically become an investor with a portfolio worth more than CZK 50,000, Premium 2 with a portfolio of CZK 200,000 and above.

Portfolio value is the total sum of all your investments so far active.

Once you reach a specific membership level, email you we will send an alert. A shift or decrease in the level occurs immediately after a change in the value of the portfolio.

Bonus evaluation, podcast subscriptions and exclusive meetings

Here we would like to describe the individual benefits in more detail. We tried to compile them according to your ideas, ideas and opinions.

Bonus Yield

To all investors with Active membership or higher for each new investment we add a bonus yield of 0.2-1% (valid for projects that are on the platform from 18 April 2024). In the project overview, you will see how much of the basic income is and how much bonus is due to your Investown membership level.

Premium Projects

Premium investment projects can only be accessed investors from Premium membership level 1, other investors cannot invest in them. This also applies to projects offered on the Investown Marketplace.

We can mark projects as Premium if they meet certain parameters such as high yield or very low LTV.

Online meeting with Investown management

Several times a year, we organize an online meeting with Investown members to which investors with Premium 1 and higher membership will receive an invitation from us. You will learn important updates from Investown or you will have opportunity to chat with our CEO Alan Pocke.

Podcast and Media Subscriptions

Once you reach Premium Level 3, or higher, you will receive discounted subscriptions to popular podcasts and media from us. At the moment it is Subscription to the Insider Podcast. You will receive a unique code and instructions on how to activate the subscription for free via email.

Exclusive Live Events

Users with Premium membership level 3, or higher, can participate personal meetings with leading Czech investors, including those valuing their money on Investown. These events will take place in the form of a closed reception and we will send invitations to them in advance. At the meetings, you will draw inspiration and enjoy good food and drinks.
