New portfolio in the app
In April, a completely new Portfolio was added to the app. Let's see what specifically the portfolio allows and what other improvements we have added to the new version of the application.
The new version of the application 3.1.1 includes a new User Portfolio, in which you will find a graphical display of your portfolio (monthly returns, total profit), the evolution of its value, the current average return on your investments, the current status of all investments with payment information, the date of payment of returns for individual projects and other information about investments.
Current status of all your investments
For information on how the project proceeds are repaid, see the Project Detail section. Displays whether the repayment is proceeding properly, if it is in arrears or in recovery status (this would only occur if the project owner exceeded the deadline for repayment of the loan. For none of the historical projects recovery has occurred, and the probability of such a situation is thus minimal.)
Current average return on investment
Weighted average annual return on all your active investments over the past months. The average return assumes an orderly repayment. Any late payments are not counted.
Current number of paid projects
On the dashboard in the application, you can see how many projects have already been paid to you in the current month from all investments that are in the Payout of income status.
Total Profit Chart
Total Profit displays the sum of all your returns to date.
List of all investments (projects)
All projects you have invested in, by months.
Payout date for each project
For each project you have invested in, you will see the date of payment of the proceeds.
Developing the value of your portfolio
Your current total profit and its movement across the months.
Next, we added a notification about the loss of Internet connection to the application, as always corrected minor errors and again made it a little faster. We've taken investing a level higher for you.
