What's new in the app — November 2022
Our team is constantly working to improve the Investown app to make investing even more convenient, faster and more efficient for you. With the November update in the app, you'll find a new notification center, expanded opportunity detail, and your investments will be processed even faster than before. Introducing news that will make investing with Investown a little easier.
Please note right from the start that the news will be updated to users gradually, so some of you will not be able to meet them until the next few days.
Notification Center
The most obvious improvements are push notifications, which alert you to important project information right on your phone's display. IN New Notification Center From now on, you can set which notifications you want to receive directly to your display and which ones via email.
You will now receive information about your wallet movements as well as notifications — either about new profits or a receipt for charging money. This information will be marked as transactional. We will also let you know about changes in the terms and conditions.
In addition, from now on you can also receive:
- Alerts of new investment opportunities and notifications,
- information about news, competitions, events and other events that will bring you benefits,
- tips on investment opportunities and recommendations on how to invest strategically.
The push notifications feature should automatically resume when the app is updated. But you can check them in the settings but you can check in Profile Settings > Notifications > All Alerts.
Faster processing of investments
Another improvement is Faster processing of a large number of investment requirements in the application.
Once you invest in an investment opportunity in the application, you will be shown a window with the text “We have accepted your investment request”. However, you can close the window in the application and proceed to another occasion or leave the application altogether.
We will automatically notify you by email within a few minutes after your investment has been successfully made. If the investment does not go well, please email us to find out why and how to correct the error.
What does this mean for your investment in the aggregate?
- You will always know if your investment went well, or not.
- It does not happen that the investment does not take place due to application overload.
- You will no longer accidentally invest by clicking on a button twice invest. But we recommend always waiting for confirmatory email (it may take a few minutes).
- You don't have to To load the investment in the application, you just need to check the confirmation in the email, which you will also be able to trace back.
We are rolling out this feature to all users gradually and carefully testing it, so you may not encounter it until a few days.
News in detail investment opportunities
The detail of the opportunity in the app is now clearer and provides you with more information about the project.
What exactly is new?
- Two new fields — LTV (loan-to-valeur — loan-to-value ratio of real estate) and the value of the collateral, This allows you to see the most important information directly on the investment.
- Invest button is visually more noticeable in the application and it also shows the return and minimum investment.
- In the Market you will now be shown the annual return and how much of the project is available for purchase.
- In the detail of the project, you can see more clearly how much money other investors have already invested and at what stage The project is located.
What is definitely worth noting is the acceleration of the application for Android phones, where the start page and the project overview load just as quickly as on other phones.
In addition to the aforementioned novelties, we have also made a lot of other minor adjustments that have improved the operation of the application, but they are not directly visible in it.
