Detailed rules of the “Referral Reward” action (hereinafter referred to as “”Actions“)

1. Event Organizer

The organizer of the event is the company Investown Technologies Ltd., with its registered office at Inovační 122, Hodkovice, 252 41 Zlatníky-Hodkovice, ID: 08667144, registered in the Commercial Register under file number C 322874 kept at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as'Operator“or”Organizer“).

2. Duration of action

The event is pending appeal by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the Event at any time, modify its rules or immediately terminate the Event without giving any reason.

3. Who can attend the event?

A minor Client who has concluded an Investment Contract with the Operator and has successfully completed the process of registration and verification of the account (hereinafter referred to as “”) may become a Participant of the Event.Event Participant“).

4. Mechanics of action

Remuneration determined by the Organiser (hereinafter referred to as'Reward“) the Event Participant and the New Investor will be credited to their Investown wallets within 7 days after the last of the following conditions is fulfilled:

  • The Participant of the Event will use his invitation code, which is located in his account and carries the unique identifiers of his account with the Operator.
  • Through this invitation code, it invites potential new investors who do not have a registered account with the Operator to invest through the Operator.
  • A potential new investor becomes a Client who enters into an Investment Agreement with the Operator, successfully completes the process of registration and verification of the account (hereinafter referred to as”New investor“) and then, within the time window specified by the Organizer, makes its first Investment of the minimum required value in one Project on the primary market. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion does not apply to the Investment in the form of acquisition of (part) of the Receivable by assignment on the basis of the Advertisement published on the Electronic Bulletin Board (Marketplace).
  • All conditions for granting the Loan of the relevant Project are fulfilled and funds will be sent to the respective Project Owner in accordance with the relevant Loan Agreement. (The project switches to Payout status).

5. Restrictions and conditions of participation

  1. Each Participant of the Event can send their invitation code repeatedly or more to their contacts.
  2. A new investor can use the sent invitation code only once to register on the Platform for the first time.
  3. The Reward can only be used for the purpose of further Investment on the Platform in new Projects and therefore cannot be paid in cash or transferred to the Client's current account.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right not to award the Reward in case of suspected fraud (e.g. fake accounts, abuse of the Event).
  5. If, within 6 months from the date of crediting the Reward, the sale of (part) of the Receivable to a third party occurs, the Organizer reserves the right to write off the previously credited (registered) Reward from the Investown wallet.
  6. Rewards may also be debited from Investown Wallet if there is a suspected violation of the Platform's rules.

6. Other provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules of the Event at any time, including at the time of its course, or to cancel the Event.
  2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems or errors that could prevent the Participant of the Event/New Investor from fully using the Event.
  3. The Participant of the Event/New Investor agrees to these rules and the General Terms and Conditions of the Investown crowdfunding platform.
  4. Participation in the Event does not give the Participant of the Event/New Investor a legal right to the Reward. Participation in the Event or Reward cannot be enforced through court.
  5. In the event that an action by an Event Participant/New Investor is found to be in violation of these Rules or contrary to good manners or contrary to the purpose of the Event, or any other speculative conduct or conduct is found that could jeopardize or damage the good name of the Organizer or actions that have resulted in a breach of the Investment Agreement, the Organizer reserves the right to assess individual cases and decide on possible penalties, thereby: the loss of the Rewards thus obtained or the possibility of exclusion of the Participant of the Event/New Investor from the Event without refunds.
  6. Unless otherwise specified in these Rules, capitalized terms used in these Rules shall have the meaning set out in Investown's General Terms and Conditions of Crowdfunding Platform.
