He gained years of experience in development projects, renovation of apartment buildings in Prague, office buildings, children's homes, production halls, primary schools, but also credited his account with the construction of family houses mostly in Prague and the surrounding area. Businessman Marian Stoyanov He has been involved in real estate since 2008. During that time, he participated in the successful implementation of the more than 25 projects.
Phased financing of family housing
When in 2024, Mr. Stoyanov sought under the company's heading Stoyanov Development Ltd. funding for the construction of a three-family house in the village of Zvěřínek, turned to Investown. The aim was to gradually raise less than CZK 16 million for this project.

Financing of the project Family houses Zvěřínek
Family houses Zvěřínek are a unique project of family housing in the village of Zvěřínek in the Nymbursk region. The aim was to make the most of the land and create facilities for more families. Thus, a terraced house with three generous apartments was created. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a private garden.
We jointly introduced the platform to investors in less than a year 4 tranches and a total of 5 financing stages. Each of the stages collected the target amount in less than 3 hours.
The first tranche launched on the Investown platform in two stages in March 2024. The first stage in the amount 4,373,000 CZK has closed exactly in 3 hours, the second stage collected finances that same day. Just under 2 million kronor was collected in 85 minutes.
The second tranche followed three months later and 2.6 million collected in two hours. A third tranche followed in October of the same year, with target amounts 4.3 million reached in an hour and a half. We launched the last fourth tranche in December 2024. To select the target amount 2.6 million was enough 3 hours and one minute.
The project has successfully selected finances, and the client has already paid off their principal to the investors.
Refinancing and business development
Under the header Stoyanov Development Ltd. Mr Stoyanov offered investors two more projects aimed at refinancing. The first investment project with a mortgage on an apartment in the Nusle district of Prague raised a total of CZK 3.9 million. The first leg in the amount of 2.7 million was chosen in 4 hours, it did not take an hour to select the second stage, amounting to almost 1.2 million crowns. This project was also successfully completed and the investors were paid back their principal.
A second refinancing project called Stoyanov real estate file raised finance in February 2025. The first stage, amounting to CZK 2.5 million, was invested the fastest, which was collected in just 12 minutes. The project reached the target amount of almost CZK 23 million in 3 days. This project is still in revenue-paying status at Investown.
“Finances were collected very quickly, we just waited 21 days to register with the Land Registry. Immediately after that, Investown released the finances to us,” adds Mr. Stoyanov.
Family house Pravonín
The last project that Mr. Marian Stoyanov funded through Investown is energy efficient Family house Pravonín. In the first tranche, the sum of CZK 1.2 million was collected, which the project received in 5 minutes.
