Apartmány v přízemí budou mít terasy a předzahrádky, apartmány ve vyšších patrech jsou mezonety, některé budou mít lodžie. Venku je plánováno 18 parkovacích stání na vlastním pozemku. Externally, thermal insulation installation on the plinth part of the façade has begun.\nInside the building, the waterproofing of the foundation slab is completed, the internal sewage system on the ground floor is installed, and the electrical installation on all floors is underway. The grids for the plasterboard partitions have been completed on two floors, and this work continues on the third floor.\n\nThe partner is renovating the former Dakota guesthouse into a 14-unit apartment building, including a spa.
