The parent company is GASTASOM a.s. \n\nThe partner has experience constructing family houses, luxury residences, apartment buildings, and commercial buildings throughout Central Bohemia. The partner has been in business since 1991 and has been involved in real estate since 1996. \n\nThe most recent project undertaken by the partner is the Armenian Residence, a redevelopment of 106 residential units for subsequent rental. Another of the reference projects is a development on a 42,000 sqm plot of land with space for six residential houses and another 36 properties for single-family dwellings.\n\n### **About the project - summary**\n\nThe project is a refinancing of a part of the original loan of the [Bytové domy Meta](https://my.investown.cz/property/kladno-krocehlavy-bytove-domy-meta-1.-transe-111-34) project, financed by Investown earlier this year. The project aims to build a modern apartment building in Kladno. The partner has already implemented projects in this location, and there was a massive interest in rental housing.
