Nově přibyla kovová konstrukce 2. nadzemního podlaží a střechy.\n\n* **Pozemek č. 90/34:** I na této stavbě je dokončena základová deska, základní rozvody kanalizace a vody, kovová konstrukce 1. nadzemního podlaží a strop 1. nadzemního podlaží. Nově je hotová kovová konstrukce 2. nadzemního podlaží a střechy. Rovněž započalo oplášťování stavby, a to na úrovni 1. podlaží.\n\n* **Pozemek č. 90/28:** Budova se nachází ve fázi, kdy je hotová celá kovová konstrukce včetně střechy. Všechny stěny jsou již zaklopené. Střecha je osazena plechovou falcovou krytinou a částečně i klempířskými prvky.\n\n* **Pozemek č. 90/35:** Stavba se nachází v pokročilé fázi – kovová konstrukce je kompletně hotová, stěny jsou zaklopené, střešní konstrukce je zakryta plechovou falcovou krytinou a částečně osazena klempířskými prvky. Dům je již opatřen plastovými okny s trojskly, včetně oken francouzských. Započala instalace vnitřních elektrorozvodů, byly provedeny rozvody kanalizace. Stěny jsou částečně vyplněné izolací.\n\n**Cílem partnerů** je realizace developerského projektu v obci Hradištko, která se nachází mezi řekami Vltava a Sázava v okrese Praha-západ. V obci žije přes 2 400 obyvatel. Pozemky leží v jihovýchodní okrajové části obce Hradištko, místně nazvané Rajchardov. V sousedství je zástavba původních a novodobých samostatně stojících rodinných domů. Jedná se o nově vznikající, rozvíjející se městskou rezidenční čtvrť s četnou zelení v zahradách a na veřejném prostranství.\n\nV dochozí vzdálenosti od pozemků v rámci centra obce se nachází základní nabídka zboží a služeb (školka, škola, restaurace, potraviny, specializované obchody, drobné řemeslné dílny, sportoviště atd.). The walls are partially filled with insulation.\n\n**The partners aim** to implement a development project in the village of Hradištko, located between the Vltava and Sázava rivers in the Prague-West district. The town has over 2,400 inhabitants. The land is located in the south-eastern outskirts of Hradištko, locally called Rajchardov. The neighborhood consists of old and modern detached houses. This newly established, developing urban residential area has numerous green areas in gardens and public spaces.\n\nThere is a basic range of goods and services (nursery, school, restaurant, grocery, specialty shops, small craft shops, sports facilities, etc.) within walking distance of the land within the village center. Full civic amenities are within the broader center of Prague, and the commute time is approximately 20 minutes.\n\nNo buildings or mature greenery are on the land, and it is ready for future development. The land set is connected to the on-site utilities in ranges V and E, and the parcel has a retention tank. A paved road with public lighting leads to the parcels.\n\n### Security of payment\n\nThe loan in the total amount of the 6th tranche of CZK 12,620,186 is secured by real estate worth CZK 81,171,694 (LTV 70%).
