Tyto finance budeme vyplácet vám, investorům do projektu, do konce února jako poměrnou část. Splátka bude obsahovat i pokuty. Na sehnání zbytku financí dáváme partnerovi čas do konce února. Pokud partner nezaplatí, budeme peníze vymáhat.\n\nA teď ta dobrá zpráva!\n\nZ prodlení investorům plyne kompenzace ve formě sankční pokuty výši 0,2 % z dlužné částky denně plus úrok z prodlení v zákonné výši. Věříme, že Vám tato kompenzace vynahradí nepříjemnosti s čekáním.\n\nProsíme o trpělivost a děkujeme za pochopení.\n\n**Aktuální stav projektu** 18.1.2024\n\nPartner nám již zaslal část úhrady a tento týden má poslat další finance tak, že 70 % splátky úvěru již bude u nás. Nicméně projekt můžeme ukončit až v okamžiku, kdy splátku obdržíme v plné výši.\n\nV únoru předpokládáme úplné splacení úvěru a ukončení projektu s výplatou jistin včetně sankční pokuty.\n\nZ prodlení investorům plyne kompenzace ve formě sankční pokuty výši 0,2 % z dlužné částky denně plus úrok z prodlení v zákonné výši. Věříme, že Vám tato kompenzace vynahradí nepříjemnosti s čekáním.\n\nProsíme o trpělivost a děkujeme za pochopení.\n\n\n\n### Vyplácení zisků\n\nPro tento projekt se vybrala celková požadovaná částka a ta byla předána partnerovi, který už teď pracuje na realizaci projektu. Každý 20. den v měsíci partner splácí předem danou částku, kterou rozdělujeme našim investorům. V případě, že částka nedorazí na Investown účet včas, rozdělujeme ji investorům hned poté, jakmile je následně připsána.\n\n### O projektu – shrnutí\n\nPo úspěchu projektu GY1 vám přinášíme GY2. Rezidence je situována v bezpečné a lukrativní lokalitě, která je velmi žádaná i díky blízkosti Pražského hradu a vilové čtvrti s ambasádami. The contracts were signed on Thursday, the 29th of February. Therefore, we will pay the entire principal amount, including late penalties, in one lump sum compared to the originally provided information.\n\n**Current project status** 15.2.2024\n\nWe have CZK 7,000,000 in our bank account. The agreement with the partner to send us the rest of the funds, including penalties, by the end of February still stands. We will demand the money if the partner fails to pay on time.\n\n**Current project status** 31.1.2024\n\nOur partner has already sent us CZK 7,000,000. We will pay these funds to you, the investors in the project, by the end of February as a pro-rata portion. The installment will include penalties. We are giving the partner until the end of February to get the rest of the funds. If the partner fails to pay, we will demand the money.\n\nAnd now the good news!\n\nInvestors will be compensated for the delay in the form of a penalty of 0.2% of the amount owed per day plus interest at the legal rate. Nevertheless, we can only terminate the project when we receive the repayment in full.\n\nIn February, we anticipate full repayment of the loan and termination of the project with payment of the principal, including the penalty.\n\nInvestors will be compensated for the delay by a penalty of 0.2% of the amount due per day plus interest at the statutory rate.
