Projekt refinancujeme z důvodu změny harmonogramu výstavby. \n\n🟢 **Aktuální stav výstavby** Stavba plynule pokračuje. Od poslední dohlídky byly realizovány následující stavební práce: všechny nosné konstrukce (vodorovné, svislé, schodiště, krov), střešní plášť (včetně části oplechování), kanalizace, rozvody vody, přípojky, podomítkové části WC, výplň otvorů oken. Dále byly realizovány dílčí části topení, centrálního vysavače a fasáda. V rámci ostatních stavebních objektů byly provedeny dílčí úpravy terénu a retenční nádrže. V následujícím období bude dokončena střecha objektu a detaily oplechování a dále bude dokončena otopná soustava. Následně dojde k vystrojení prvků TZB a provedení vnitřních omítek.\n\nGenerálním dodavatelem stavby je firma LAKOMIRAVA s.r.o., která se v roce 2022 umístila v exkluzivním žebříčku nejúspěšnějších firem CZECH TOP 100.\n\nProjekt Hlubočepy nabízí originální městské bydlení v bytovém domě o třech prostorných bytových jednotkách v klidné a vyhledávané lokalitě Prahy 5, která je vzdálena 10 minut jízdy autem od centra. We are refinancing the project due to a change in the construction schedule. \n\n🟢 **Current construction status** Construction is proceeding smoothly. Since the last inspection, the following construction works have been carried out: all load-bearing structures (horizontal, vertical, stairs, roof trusses), roofing (including part of the sheathing), sewage system, water supply, connections, under-wall toilet parts, and window filling. In addition, parts of the heating system, central vacuum system, and facade were completed. Within the other structures, partial landscaping and retention basins were constructed. In the following period, the roof of the building, the heating system, and the cladding details will be completed. Subsequently, the BSE elements will be fitted out, and the interior plastering will be carried out.\n\nThe general contractor of the construction is the company LAKOMIRAVA s.r.o., which in 2022 was ranked in the exclusive ranking of the most successful companies CZECH TOP 100.\n\nThe Hlubočepy project offers original urban living in an apartment building with three spacious apartment units in a quiet and sought-after location of Prague 5, which is a 10-minute drive from the city center.
