Projekt refinancujeme z důvodu změny harmonogramu výstavby. \n\n🟢 **Aktuální stav výstavby** Stavba plynule pokračuje. Rozestavěnost je na úrovni 79,33%. Práce jsou prováděny v dobré kvalitě v souladu s původně uvažovanou projektovou dokumentací. V době místního šetření byly realizovány stavební práce v rozsahu: SO-01 RD bytovými jednotkami a garáží – všechny nosné konstrukce (vodorovné, svislé, schodiště, krov), střešní plášť včetně oplechování a izolací, kanalizace a rozvody vody včetně přípojek, podomítkové části WC, výplně otvorů oken. Dále byly provedeny otopné podlahové okruhy v úrovni 1, 2 a 3.NP včetně akumulačních a roznášecích vrstev podlah. V rámci elektroinstalací byly provedeny rozvody a vystrojeny rozvaděče. Dále byly provedeny omítky ve většině bytu v úrovni 3.NP a části bytu 2.NP. Dále byly provedeny rozvody pro klimatizace a centrální vysavač a fasáda. V rámci ostatních stavebních objektů byly provedeny dílčí úpravy terénu a osazeny obrubníky. We are refinancing the project due to a change in the construction schedule. \n\n🟢 **Current construction status** The construction is progressing smoothly. The build-out rate is at 79.33%. The works are being carried out in good quality per the originally contemplated project documentation. At the time of the on-site inspection, the following construction works had been carried out: SO-01 House with residential units and garage - all load-bearing structures (horizontal, vertical, stairs, roof trusses), roof cladding including sheathing and insulation, sewerage and water distribution including connections, underground toilet parts, window opening fillings. Furthermore, floor heating circuits were made on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor levels, including accumulation and spreading layers of floors. The wiring and switchboards were installed within the electrical installations. In addition, plastering was carried out in most of the flats on the 3rd-floor level and part of the 2nd-floor flat. Furthermore, the wiring for the air conditioning central vacuum system and the facade were carried out. Partial landscaping and curbs were installed within the other structures.
