Provádí je odborná stavební firma dle schválené projektové dokumentace. Dokončené jsou kompletní rozvody vody a kanalizace, stejně tak je hotová vzduchotechnika. Všechna okna, s výjimkou výloh v přízemí, jsou osazená. Nyní postupně probíhá realizace elektroinstalace.
