Dokončeny byly terénní úpravy po zatrubnění potoka i úpravy komunikace po instalaci nového hlavního přívodu vodovodu z centrální části obce. Realizována je výstavba vodovodu a tlakové kanalizace včetně jednotlivých přípojek k pozemkům.\n\nPředpokládaný termín dokončení celé výstavby inženýrských sítí včetně komunikace je stanoven na říjen 2025.\n\nCílem partnera je nákup obchodního podílu společnosti, která vlastní předmět zajištění. Dále bude financování využito na výstavbu potřebné infrastruktury pro následný odprodej pozemků.\n\nJedná se o soubor pozemků, které budou rozparcelovány na 21 pozemků o velikosti 400–635 m² určených pro výstavbu rodinných domů a 1 pozemek o velikosti 5 685 m² určený pro výstavbu polyfunkčního objektu. K jednotlivým budoucím pozemkům budou vybudovány přípojky inženýrských sítí a přístupová komunikace. Po dokončení výstavby budou parcely určeny k prodeji.\n\nPozemky se nacházejí v obci Soběhrdy ve Středočeském kraji přibližně 5 km od Benešova a přibližně 33 km od Prahy. Okolí je tvořeno zástavbou rodinných domů, areálem s fotbalovým hřištěm a zemědělskými pozemky. V blízkosti pozemků je autobusová zastávka.\n\n### Způsoby zajištění\n\nÚvěr v celkové výši 4. tranše 7 000 000 Kč je zajištěn nemovitostí v hodnotě 48 000 000 Kč (LTV 70 %).
