Jedná se o výstavbu 28 rodinných domů a bytového domu se 16 jednotkami. Výstavba probíhá v Královéhradeckém kraji u měst Solnice a Kvasiny. \n\nV současné době probíhají v lokalitě práce na inženýrských sítích, konkrétně budování splaškové kanalizace. Harmonogram výstavby je stanoven na 30 měsíců na 4 etapy s předpokládaným ukončením 6/2025. \n\nFinance partner využije na refinancování překlenovacího úvěru a následný nákup pozemků. Domy i byty jsou energeticky velmi úsporné a je možné tuto úsporu ještě akcelerovat posílením výkonu elektrárny.\n\nDomy mají moderní design a technologie.
