Střešní krytina z hliníkového plechu je téměř kompletní. All plastic triple-glazed windows have been installed. The installation of doors is partially complete, as are the heating, electrical, internal water supply, and sewage systems. The interior sanitary facilities are partially installed, and the staircases and elevators are largely complete.\n\nOn the exterior, approximately half of the contact insulation system with surface finish has been completed. \n\nOther work is progressing according to schedule, and the construction is moving into the phase of extensive finishing and installation activities.\n\nThe partner's goal is to redevelop an existing property built in 1925 into 2 apartment buildings with eight residential units, commercial space, four garage spaces, and basements.\n\nBuilding A will include 2+1, 3+kk, and 4+kk apartments, a café on the 1st floor, and basements on the basement level.
