Pivovar byl loni pořízen od městyse Zlonice a letos bude zrekonstruován za účelem přesunu výroby piva z Prahy do větších prostor ve Zlonicích. \n\nPartner provozuje pivovar Panaczech od roku 2020. Během 4 let se výroba rozjela a pivovar potřebuje nové prostory. Z toho důvodu se partner rozhodl koupit budovu pivovaru ve Zlonicích, kterou revitalizuje a zprovozní do konce roku 2024. Nové a větší výrobní prostory umožní zvýšit produkci piva z aktuálních 65 000 l měsíčně až na 180 000 l měsíčně.\n\nV rámci areálu pivovaru partner zprovozní i pivovarskou restauraci, která bude zajišťovat část odbytu. Aktuálně již partner dodává své výrobky do několika supermarketů (Kaufland, Globus, Albert, Norma) a také do několika restaurací v Praze.\n\nV dozajištění budeme mít rozestavěný rodinný dům v Dolních Měcholupech.\n\n\n### Způsoby zajištění\n\nÚvěr v celkové výši 10 150 000 Kč je zajištěn nemovitostí v hodnotě 14 500 000 Kč (LTV 70 %). The brewery was acquired last year from the municipality of Zlonice. This year, it will be renovated to move the beer production from Prague to larger premises in Zlonice. \n\nThe partner has been running the Panaczech brewery since 2020. Production has taken off within four years, and the brewery needs new premises. For this reason, the partner decided to buy the brewery building in Zlonice, which will be revitalized and opened by the end of 2024. The new and larger production space will allow for an increase in beer production from 65,000 liters per month to 180,000 liters per month.\n\nThe partner will also open a beer restaurant within the brewery premises, providing part of the sales. The partner also supplies its products to several supermarkets (Kaufland, Globus, Albert, Norma) and several restaurants in Prague.\n\nWe have also secured a loan with a family house under construction in Dolní Měcholupy.\n\n### Security of payment\n\nThe loan in the total amount of CZK 10,150,000 is secured by a property worth CZK 14,500,000 (LTV 70%).
