Everything important in the About Project tab
Every investment carries with it a certain degree of risk. The first place to look is loan default rate. Here, we describe in detail how we assess credit default rates at Investown so that you can assess the risks. Immediately after that, head to detail of the projectwhere you will find all the important information.
What information does the About Project tab contain:
- Yield
- The rating
- LTV or the ratio of the amount of the loan to the value of the property
- Length of investment
- What they will be used for funds collected
- What real estate is secured your investments

TIP: Do you know that you can withdraw from your investment within 4 days? Remember that the fewer distances, the sooner the project is activated and you start walking yields faster.
What is KIIS and why to read it
Part of it is also important Project Financing. Right there you will find key information about the investment product (KIIS) which details the entire intention. KIIS is part of every investment opportunity. You will find out easily and clearly what you are investing in.
The KIIS document includes:
- basic data about the project,
- its funding,
- yields
- and risks.
You can always find it in the About the project section under Project Financing.
TIP: Don't you always have time to read important documents before each investment? Turn on Autoinvest, set the required parameters, and Autoinvest invests for you only in projects in which you would invest yourself manually.
Who is behind the project?
You already know what you are investing in, and now let's look at who handles the funds further. Open a bookmark in the application O To the partner (on the web platform, the tab is called Partner), so you can find out who is implementing the project.
You will learn in it:
- to whom the project belongs,
- what financial background he has,
- and if he has already funded any projects with us.
TIP: At the bottom you will find other projects of the given partner. So you can check his payment morality right away.
What to look for after the investment
As soon as the investment opportunity goes into phase Disbursement of proceeds, follow the two tabs in the project detail.
- Activity — Shows you what's going on with the project right now. From startup to payouts to project termination. For example, if there is a delay, here we explain the reasons.
- Installment calendar — It clearly shows you when you can expect returns or other payments.
How do we proceed if everything does not go according to plan
Every investment opportunity on Investown goes through a careful selection and rigorous approval process. Minimizing investors' risks is absolutely key for us, as is protecting their money.
How we protect your investments:
- Liens on real estate at a higher value than the total amount owed.
- Notarized entry, thanks to which the bailiff can directly order the sale of the property.
- Lien on a business shareso that we can possibly sell a stake in the debtor's company.
In most cases, we try to use all three options. Where this is not possible (e.g. for individuals or cooperatives), we always use two layers of protection — a lien on real estate and a notarized registration.

Although we always strive to ensure that every project is successfully completed, there may be situations that cause the partner (project owner) to be unable to live up to its obligations. How do we proceed in such cases?
- We will send a challenge to the guarantors.
- We send a notice of commencement of enforcement of the lien.
- The further procedure depends on the method of securing a particular property. Read the details, how we proceed in the recovery of problem projects.
