Results of 2024
Alan Pock Presented to investors the financial results for the past year. The latter was a record for Investown. On the platform, we presented 117 projects with a total value of CZK 3.69 billion to investors. Compared to 2023, this is an increase of more than 94%. Investors on the platform have made nearly a million investments. And on the returns, we earned 141% more for investors than in the previous year — a total loss of CZK 290 million. That's a respectable number.

Plans for 2025
Of course, we didn't just look back, but we also peered into the future. What are Investown's plans for 2025? The main goal is to become the number one in the Czech market. We want to be the most popular investment platform in the Czech Republic. We want to continue to bring in a sufficient number of investment opportunities. We would like to earn CZK 500 million to our investors on the proceeds this year. We have something to work on.

Product news
We have also described in detail to investors product news that recently make investing on the platform more enjoyable. The most important is new layout of the landing page mobile applications. At a glance, you will see how much you have invested, what is the profit and if you have free funds that you can invest.
We also modified Activity tabwhere you can see all updates to the project clearly. We have recently introduced project status labelsto see right away if something extraordinary is happening on the project.
Finally, the latest news is that we have introduced searching, so you simply search each project by its name on the platform.
Moments of calm on the platform
We also discussed the challenges that Investown is currently facing. It might seem that there are no projects on the platform, but this is not the case. As the investor community continues to grow, there are now more than 120,000 of us, Projects are invested very quickly. Previously, the fastest project was invested in 5 hours, today the project that is proinvested in 5 minutes is no exception.
We keep our investment volume pretty much the same every month. But the sizable community and ever-growing popularity of investing in loans backed by real estate outstrips supply at the moment. IN Investown but we are working tirelessly to reverse this trend and meet demand.
Guest Lectures
For the first time, we invited guests to the investor meeting. Accepted our invitation Jan Brodani from AKAT. She devoted her lecture to emotions in investing and presented the audience with a lot of interesting data from the world of investment.
He was the second guest. Pavel Peterka from XTB with a Capital Markets theme. He answered the burning question of what to do with stocks in times of uncertainty and presented three possible strategies.
