Investown in numbers

One of the main themes was the growing popularity of Investown. Our investor community has over 110,000 active users. and together we invested over 6 billion crowns. Our CEO Alan Pock emphasized that this growth is directly impacting the quality and variety of projects on offer that meet the needs of our investors. “A larger community allows us to offer better projects from larger developers while improving the liquidity of our platform,” stated.

Advances in solving problematic projects

One of the most discussed issues was how Investown approaches projects that run into trouble. CEO Alan Pock explained how every problematic project is closely monitored and the ways in which Investown's team is always looking solutions that protect the interests of investors. “We have a dedicated team that monitors the status of all projects daily and communicates with developers. As soon as we determine that the project is in arrears, we begin to negotiate with the developer about the reasons and possible solutions. Our priority is to find a way to successfully complete the project. If this is not possible, we transfer the project for enforcement to an external legal office,” supplemented.

Premium community is growing: What have we prepared for you?

As we have previously advised, we are now returning part of our margin to you. The higher the Premia level you reach, the more bonus you get.

✅ Premium 4 investors are available +1% p.a. on selected projects.
✅ Already in Premium 3 there are 1,200 investors and in Premium 4 even 864 investors who jointly manage over 1.5 billion crowns.

It can be seen that investors in our system are gradually moving to higher segments, which we are pleased with. The motivation and confidence you give us inspires us to continue to expand Premium. That's why we're working on a new level. It will be intended for investors with the largest portfolios, already in it 56 investors manage over CZK 400 million.

Upcoming news: Autoinvest expansion

The Autoinvest feature is gaining more and more popularity. More than 200 new investors turn it on every day, thanks to it Invest regularly and automatically to projects according to your preferences. Through Autoinvest, investors have already invested over CZK 4,211 217 in the first week after launch, and this figure is growing every day. “We want Autoinvest to be not only comfortable, but also maximally beneficial for every investor, from beginner to advanced,” Alan added. In addition, in an interview, Alan revealed the background of the feature itself. For example, how it is created and what everything must meet from the CNB's point of view.
