Q1 2023 review: Investown has a record quarter

Opening quarter of this year was the most successful for Investown in history. Investors invested the largest amount of money and at the same time managed to complete several major investment projects.

More than 70,000 investors have invested money at Investown

Investown is growing at a rocketing rate. For 2022 alone, 42,000 investors registered on Investown, during the first quarter the number of users per meta reached 70,000.

Investors have already invested CZK 1.2 billion

In Q1 2023, investors invested Record CZK 426 millionSince the inception of Investown, it has been 1.2 billion crowns.

In addition, investment projects disappeared from the offer on Investown really quickly, the fastest investors invested in the project for only 17 minutes. On average, one project reached the target amount for 10 p.m.

Revenues increased up to 10,5%

Investing on Investown has brought investors an even higher valuation than ever before. The average yield in the first quarter increased to 10.1%, most of the projects had a yield of 10.5%. In all cases, it was a safe investment.

We launched the fastest interest in the Czech Republic

Elsewhere, investors have to wait up to a month for the first return on an investment, at Investown they can receive the first return within 2 weeks of successful financing of the project (that is, within 3 days of switching to status Disbursement of proceeds).

At the beginning of this year, Investown came up with the fastest interest rate of all investment platforms in the Czech Republic. This rapid interest is also possible because Investown divides investment projects into so-called investment projects. Stages and tranches.

More than 500 investment projects for approval

There was also growing interest from loan applicants who would like to place their real estate projects on Investown. We currently have them on the waiting list Approval of more than 500, however, we only allow about 15% of the best of them to invest in the platform.

Investown continues to select only the best projects

Investown's top priority is to minimize investor risks and provide investments with the highest possible returns. It continues to offer to invest only best of all projectsthat bids for a place on the platform.

All selected investment projects are maximally secured even in the event that the creditor ceases to repay (they have bank security level).

We opened up investment for companies

From Q1 2023, legal entities can also invest in Investown. We have opened Investing for companies, so private companies have the opportunity to appreciate their free capital, which would otherwise lie in the bank and was losing value.

We have improved the mobile application

Our developers continued to work honestly to improve the Investown mobile app. It is now swifter, more lucid and you will find in it new view of investment portfolio (with revenue visualizations and graphs).

We celebrated our 2nd birthday

On Thursday, April 20 passed exactly 2 years since launching the Investown app. It ran away like water.

In just 2 years of operation, we have joined the most important investment platforms in the Czech Republic and have made real estate investing more than 70,000 investors.

In short, it's a ride. We are already looking forward to everything that the next few years will bring!
